- Company incorporation (registration, minutes, registers, constitution)
- Register business name(s)
- Register ABN
Company Secretary Monthly Retainer
- Attend Board meetings
- Prepare agenda, minutes, actions
- Provide company secretary advice and mentoring
- Complete statutory reporting obligations
- Other associated duties

* The cost of travel is not covered in the set fees, where travel costs are applicable these will be discussed.
