Kim Davis MBA, GAICD, is a business professional, with 20 years’ experience at a senior and executive level, holding senior positions in the mining industry, local and state government, university and not for profit sectors. Leading governance teams in quality, risk management, project management, policy, legal, internal audit, performance reporting, commercial, contract, procurement, insurance, safety, acquisitions, property and organisational change.
In the last 10 years Kim has specialised in the provision of governance and company secretary services, worked directly with Boards and has held the role of company secretary for 21 national companies and company secretary responsibilities for 9 international companies. Kim has considerable experience in corporate governance, particularly in compliance areas including legislative compliance, constitution, charters, code of conduct, risk, audit, quality, delegations, planning and reporting.
